वी एन राय और रवीन्द्र कालिया को बर्ख़ास्त किया जाये

यह बहुत ही आपत्तिजनक तथा लज्जाजनक बयान है जिसकी जितनी भर्त्सना की जाए उतनी कम है। एक तरफ जहाँ स्त्री-सशक्तिकरण पर सरकार द्वारा बल दिया जा रहा है,दूसरी ओर सत्ता तथा प्रशासन में आज भी ऐसे लोगों की कमी नहीं है जो संकीर्ण मानसिकता से ग्रस्त हैं। इसी का एक भद्दा उदाहरण वीएन राय है।

Kindly add my name in support of this protest.I would further like to add that this statement is offensive to both women writers and prostitutes/sex workers. It is the underlying violence and misogyny that one is protesting against – not simply an analogy of women writers with prostitutes.
