वेस्टलैंड-यात्रा बुक्स ने जब कहानी 140 यानी ट्विटर कहानी प्रतियोगिता की घोषणा की तो उम्मीद नहीं थी कि हिंदी के लेखक ऐसा प्रयास करेंगे, लेकिन अनेक लेखकों ने ट्विटर पर कहानी लिखकर इस प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लिया. पहले दिन पुरस्कार पाने वाले लेखकों में युवा लेखक त्रिपुरारि कुमार शर्मा भी थे. उनकी कुछ कहानियां १४० कैरेक्टर्स की. दो दिन अभी भी बचे हैं इस प्रतियोगिता के आप भी संकोच तोडिये और इस नई विधा में कहानी लिखकर प्रतियोगिता का हिस्सा बनें- जानकी पुल.

बाबूजी को मरे हुए 14 साल हो गए। माँ आज भी मेरी तस्वीर पर फूल चढ़ाकर, अगरबत्तियाँ दिखाती है।

वो एक साल के बाद मेरे घर आई थी। बेडशीट पर प्रिंटेड नीले फूल महक रहे थे। हम बेलिबास थे।
